Essentialism

Living a simple life – Essentialism.

The bulk of our problem lies in our inability to choose what needs to be done. When we don't choose, people end up choosing it for us.

Which leads to confusion, frustration, and unfulfilled potential.

Instead, prioritise. What needs to be done, and get it done.

If you had to choose to do 10 things, choose to do 1 thing. So you become excellent at 1 thing and not 10 on average. 1 mm x 1000 direction or 1000mm in 1 direction. We pick what we want to be, the goal, then plots our journey there.

W-I-N – What’s important now.

When handling stressful situations, go with WIN. What really matters right now? Sequence it so you don't get lost doing stupid things that have zero productivity.

Get enough rest. Sleep for at least 8 hours so that our brain can function properly, which results in clarity of thinking and action.

This book deserves a second round. I got lost in the book and forgot to take notes. (That's what most good books do).

A share would be, Sublime.
